Construction Accountant

And we’re looking for a Construction Accountant to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage and update daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Reconcile all incoming and outgoing transactions via Zelle, CashApp, ACH, and other payment platforms.
• Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, ensuring timely collections and accurate postings.
• Prepare AIA progress billing applications and support project-related submissions.
• Handle notary routing, document tracking, and record maintenance.
• Update and manage financial dashboards, ensuring real-time accuracy of key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with management for financial data reviews, variance analysis, and reporting accuracy.
Specific Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction accounting, AIA billing, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of payment platform reconciliation (Zelle, CashApp, ACH, wire transfers).
• Experience with notary documentation routing and administrative coordination.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards and financial reports for management visibility.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
