And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately!

Responsibilities

→Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
→Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
→Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
→Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
→Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
→Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
→Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
→Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com)
• Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations
• Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
