The position is primarily responsible for demand creation for the achievement of territory sales objectives, territory management, relationship building with customers, business development, programs implementation, compliance with company policies and procedures/standard operating procedures/work instructions and administrative requirements inherent to the position.
The selected candidates will undergo a rigorous 8-week intensive paid training with re-valida under the supervision of a qualified Training Consultant. Prior to deployment, candidates should successfully pass and complete the said training.
We are looking to welcome at least ten (10) high potential, driven, and ambitious young professionals who are eager to start a rewarding career in the multinational medical device industry with Getz Healthcare.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures achievement of territory sales target, new accounts penetration / new business leads, marketing programs
- implementation and G-force activities standards to deliver desired sales results.
- Gathers, consolidates and uses facts and data to make sound business decisions.
- Prepares and presents territory performance during Business Review meetings.
- Delivers product communication messages to customers during call coverage.
- Conducts customer profiling and targeting for territory’s customer master plan.
- Initiate’s coordination meetings with Sales Team counterparts to ensure achievement of sales targets, account management, address customer complaints and new account development.
- Prepares and recommends business proposals to Area Sales Manager to create product demand and eventually generate sales and deliver business growth.
- Manages account receivables of various cash sales accounts.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures and submits reportorial requirements as required.
- Develops strong business relationship with customer and gatekeepers.
- Coordinates and prepares bidding requirements as needed on a timely manner.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing and other allied medical courses.
- Open to Freshers, or with non-sales professionals who wants to gain experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device selling.
- Minimum one year experience in pharmaceutical selling, and/or Registered Medical Representative at PRC, an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in computer software application
- Above Average Selling skills/potential, Account Management
- Proactive, independent and Results Oriented
