Job Description Summary

Due to the exponential growth we’re experiencing within the Power markets and our business, we’re recruiting for an experienced Commodity Manager who will manage a defined set of commodities for the GE GSI (Grid Systems Integration) Product Delivery Group (PDG) in Stafford.

Responsibilities

Accountable for developing, leading and implementing commodity strategies to deliver on safety, quality, delivery and landed/lifecycle cost for the assigned commodities.
Negotiate supplier Contracts and Pricing, and transmit to Procurement teams.
Build and strengthen supplier relationships
Provide Supplier insights, benchmarking and market analysis activities.
Provide support to stakeholders regarding Quality, Cost and Delivery of commodity.
