We are seeking a seasoned North America Quality Leader to oversee quality assurance and quality control for our over $1 billion business, covering three diverse solutions groups: Energy Storage, Industrial Electrification, and Power Stability. This critical leadership role drives the quality continuous improvement culture, ensuring our projects and business processes meet stringent standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will report directly to the North American General Manager and lead quality strategy across the region.

Industry Domain: Experience in power conversion, electronics, or energy storage
Systems Mindset: Quality management experience within multi-layered hardware and software
Lean Certification: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent qualification.
Financial Impact: Proven track record of reducing cost of poor quality.
Engineering Collaboration: Experience working directly with engineering design teams on quality.
Customer Focus: Ability to translate customer problem statements into strategic quality actions.
Software Proficiency: Experience with QMS platforms, Minitab, or data analytics tools.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $123,700.00 and $206,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
