Global Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our Global Payroll team in Chile.

This is a varied role combining payroll operations, process improvement and project support. 

The successful candidate will provide backup coverage and manage selected ongoing activities for Chile payroll, while dedicating most of their time to payroll projects and process improvements across for our Global Payroll.

You will work with payroll teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, analyse data, support system automations and develop practical reporting and Excel solutions.

What You Will Do

• Provide backup support and business continuity coverage for Chile payroll.
• Manage selected recurring Chile payroll activities.
• Support payroll projects across our global regions.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation and automation.
• Develop Excel-based tools, trackers, reconciliations and reports and provide support to regional payroll teams.
• Analyse payroll data, investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Support system implementations, testing, upgrades and process changes.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, process maps and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in similar roles as a payroll implementation specialist, payroll project management, payroll analyst or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Chilean payroll requirements is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage operational responsibilities alongside project priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
