Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Projects Specialist – GlobalView (SAP) who will support our global payroll transformation agenda and ensure the stability, optimization, and effective use of our GlobalView (SAP) platform configurations and HRIS and T&A integrations across multiple countries.

The Specialist will partner closely with Country Payroll Managers, HRIS, People and other departments, as well as with ADP Customer and Technical teams to identify systems and configuration issues, perform deep root-cause analysis, design sustainable solutions, and enable payroll teams through hands-on training and knowledge sharing.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work but not limited to:

• Analyse existing ADP GlobalView (SAP) Payroll configurations across multiple countries to identify defects, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with Country Payroll Managers and other team members to gather system pain points, understand operational impacts, and translate business issues into system requirements
• Conduct root-cause analysis on payroll system issues and configuration gaps, proposing sustainable and scalable solutions
• Define, design, and support system enhancements, HRIS integrations, configuration changes and remediation
• Support global and country payroll initiatives, including system enhancements, process standardization and improvements
• Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation activities related to payroll system 
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Payroll and ADP GlobalView within the payroll organization

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent, relevant payroll systems experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP/Globalview Payroll, including configuration and troubleshooting or strong experience configuring ADP GlobalView (SAP based) payroll environments
• Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and multi-country payroll operations
• Proven ability to analyze complex system and integration issues and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting global payroll transformations

• Experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, TM1, Advanced Excel)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid – 3 days in the office/week
