Responsibilities

→Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
→Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
→Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
→Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
→Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
→Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
→Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as needed
→Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
→Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
