Responsibilities

As a Construction Laborer at Giga Energy, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects from start to finish. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and contribute to building critical energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

→Load, unload, and distribute construction materials across job sites
→Assist with site preparation including grading, excavation, and debris removal
→Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
→Mix, pour, and finish concrete as needed
→Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with utility installations
→Set up and maintain job site safety barriers and signage
→Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
→Support skilled tradespeople including electricians, equipment operators, and carpenters
→Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

You will work along side our construction teams in the field in Houston, Tx.

→Follow all safety protocols

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
