Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Red Mesa, AZ, to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. The patient requires 8 hours of weekly nursing care.

A Navajo-speaking female caregiver is required for this patient to ensure effective communication and cultural understanding.

Once patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

In this role, you will advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
