Cell Leader / Supervisor - 3rd Shift

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience. 
• 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required. 
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts. 
   

• Clear, concise and effective communicator. 
• Experience working with all levels of management. 
• Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results. 
• Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.). 
• Consistent track record in team leadership roles. 
• Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives. 
• Computer proficiency in Excel a plus​.

• →Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements 
• →Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow. 
• →Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship. 
• →Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly. 
• →Control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness. 
• →This is a 3rd shift position (weekday over-nights). There is a shift premium associated with the compensation for this shift.
