Typically requires: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Excellent guidance, mentoring, and training skills.
Ability to meet critical deadlines.
Work experience in a production-oriented business.
Excellent mathematics, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) has an immediate need for a SM-6 Capacity Expansion Manager supporting the SM-6 program management team. This role will focus on the Munitions Acceleration and Increased Production Capacity efforts in support of NSMS. This role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of not only the NSMS organization but also the Shipboard Missiles functional leadership team. You will be responsible for multiple direct reporting analysts.

This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from our Tucson, AZ location.

Responsibilities

→You will be accountable for financial oversight of a variety of capacity expansion efforts with contracts spanning cost type, fixed price, BCAs, and CAEX
→This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
→You will ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
→Top candidates will raise the performance levels of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
