• Ability to mask, hang, unhang & inspect parts under minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings & work instructions.
• Mechanical knowledge.

We are looking for a Painter II who will perform painting work for commercial, military and dry film parts to support all operations/manufacturing needs.

• →Operate painting tools, measuring devices, spray booth and ventilation system with direct to minimal supervision.
• →Perform routine and repetitive paint operations for Military, commercial and dry film processes with direct to minimal supervision under NADCAP specifications.
• →Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• →Conduct inventory as directed to ensure raw materials and supplies are available.
• →Looks for ways to eliminate safety hazards and improve the overall safety of the workplace.
• →Crosstrain and work in all areas of assembly operation.
• →Provides continuous improvement ideas to support the company.
• →Participate in all NADCAP audits.
• →Adhere to all Collins rules and codes of conduct.
• →Take an active role to ensure Environment, Health, and Safety standards and procedures are met and complied with.
• →Perform other duties as required.
• →Able to work overtime as business requires.
