The Senior Manager, EH&S – EH&S Site Lead - Fairfield role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment while aligning regional EH&S efforts with RTX’s global standards and goals. It also supports Collins Aerospace's commitment to innovation, efficiency, and employee well-being. The skilled members on our Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) team are motivated by an ambitious goal: to make COLLINS Aerospace Systems the safest, healthiest aerospace company – with the smallest environmental footprint – on the planet. This role is focused on managing a team EH&S professionals while driving EH&S compliance, continuous improvement, program standardization, and strategic integration at the Fairfield, CA facility. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership skills to ensure Collins Aerospace’s EH&S excellence while aligning with RTX’s global standards. Core focus areas include EH&S functional oversight, incident management review, recommended strategies, and stakeholder collaboration.
This role is a US-based role and will report to the Director, EH&S West Region Lead.

Build and sustain relationships with site operational stakeholders, integrating EH&S into business processes. Coordinate with site leader, and Central EH&S teams to address concerns and initiatives.

Collaborate with the Asia-Pac and EMEA field service leads and the Central EH&S organization to align global policies with local standards and requirements.
