Requirements

Experience leading engineering or project teams with cost and schedule accountability.
Experience in Earned Value Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decisions across engineering teams.
Effective time management and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues and risks to leadership.

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team within the Boeing Platforms organization. In this role, you will guide systems and software engineers responsible for developing advanced flight display systems used on major Boeing platforms, including the 737 MAX, 747, 757, 767, 777X, and 787. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence current programs and help shape future display system solutions.

Recruit, retain, and grow engineering talent from entry-level to highly experienced engineers.

Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including bids, planning, design, requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and certification.

Manage program cost, schedule, and technical execution, including Earned Value Management responsibilities.

Support resource planning and allocation within the engineering organization.

Build strong relationships across internal and external customers, leadership teams, and cross-functional groups.

Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Communicate risks, issues, and status updates effectively at multiple levels.
