Experienced with embedded software development
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience with Agile development concepts
Experience managing large programs
Experience with certification authorities

As the Senior Software Engineering Manager, you’ll guide a high-performing team responsible for developing secure embedded software that will be reviewed and validated by certification authorities. You’ll have a critical voice from the initial pursuit phase through development, release, and long-term sustainment, ensuring technical excellence while managing cost and schedule.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
