Requirements
~1 min read- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Previous experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
- Experience providing leadership, communication, and problem‑solving support in operational environments.
- Experience working in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
- Experience leading large production teams across multiple departments.
- Experience developing employees and building high‑performing teams.
- Experience applying analytical methods and data‑driven decision‑making in operations.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and supervise 3rd Shift production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
- →Provide daily leadership, coaching, and development for hourly employees and team leads.
- →Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- →Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet operational goals.
- →Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- →Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
- →Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and employee development for the overnight shift.
- →Make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
- →Work 2nd Shift and support operational needs – show flexibility to other shifts as well.
- →Travel up to 10%.
