L’organisation est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique, créative et organisée qui souhaite contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires des départements de production de P&WC. À l’intérieur d’une équipe multidisciplinaire, le/la candidat (e) aura à gérer des projets d’introduction de nouvel équipement, d’amélioration continue, de modification de machines et d’implémentation d’outils. Son autonomie sera mise de l’avant avec des projets de différentes envergures et il/elle aura l’opportunité de travailler avec différents fournisseurs et intégrateurs.
- Gestion de projet d’acquisition d’équipements.
- Préparation de plan d’affaire et budgétaire.
- Gestion de projet d’aménagement d’usine.
- Support au projet de développement technologique.
- Discussion commerciale avec les fournisseurs.
- Participation aux activités d’amélioration continue.
- Les responsabilités sont adaptées à l’expérience et au potentiel des candidats.
- Être éligible à travailler au Canada.
- Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage.
- Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant.
- Poursuivre des études en génie mécanique, génie industriel, génie aérospatial, génie civil ou génie électrique ou tout autre domaine connexe.
- Compétences en matière de gestion de projet.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et anglais (parlé/écrit).
- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression avec des priorités concurrentes et variables.
- Habileté en communication et présentation.
- Autonomie, leadership, adaptabilité.
- Expérience en entreprise manufacturière, principe lean manufacturing, gestion du changement, logiciel SAP.
- Lecture de dessins techniques.
- Logiciel conception 3D, VX Element et Polyworks.
- Automatisation.

What We Offer

As part of a multidisciplinary team, this internship will manage introduction of new equipment, continuous improvement, equipment modification or new tools integration. The autonomy of the intern will be a key skill to coordinate the different projects and he/she will have the oportunity to work with suppliers and integrators.
- Project management of equipment acquisition.
- Preparation of business plans.
- Project management for plant layout.
- Support for technological development projects.
- Commercial discussion with suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- The responsibilities will be adapted to the candidate potential and experience.
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursue studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering or any other related field.
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken/written).
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Autonomy, leadership, adaptability.
- Experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, change management, SAP software.
- Technical drawing reading.
