If you have a strong background in Engineering, IT, or Business Strategy, and are analytical, process-driven, and solutions-focused, then the Product and Solutions Delivery (PSD) team may be the right fit for you! As a PSD Strategy Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will also play a key role in regulatory audits and ensuring compliance, helping to shape the future of our processes and operations.

• Leading the development and execution of strategic plans to support organizational growth and enhance internal processes.

• Collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that align with broader business objectives.

• Overseeing the implementation of strategies by key stakeholders and ensuring cross-functional integration.

• Creating and presenting data-driven reports and strategic insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

• Supporting the organization in regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, and conducting internal audits of division processes.

• Continuously improving processes and driving transformational initiatives to optimize performance and efficiency.

• Providing governance on strategic projects, ensuring they are effectively tracked, monitored, and optimized.
  
  

• More than 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, and project delivery, with exposure to FinTech, IT, technology, or operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Business, Management, or a related field.

• Experience with ISO 9001 auditing or similar regulatory audits, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.

• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (preferred), with demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

• Expertise in business and data analysis, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and drive results.

• Experience in change management, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions.
