JOB TITLE: CASTER OR TALENT SCOUT
DESCRIPTION
Find and vet the cast for a Love Island and Big Brother style unscripted series. You source high chemistry, high strategy personalities, run a tight casting pipeline, and deliver a balanced ensemble that can generate romance, alliances, conflict, and confessionals, while protecting confidentiality and format integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Source candidates through digital scouting, open calls, referrals, and agency networks
2. Run interviews, screen tests, and chemistry reads with clear scoring criteria
3. Build and maintain a casting database with clean notes, risk flags, and follow ups
4. Collaborate with EPs and Story on archetypes, diversity targets, and season balance
5. Coordinate applicant paperwork: releases, ID checks, disclosures, and compliance requirements
6. Track availability, travel readiness, and commitment for a lockable cast list
7. Manage confidentiality, code names, spoiler controls, and secure file handling
8. Coordinate schedules for interviews, follow ups, and final selections
9. Support secondary casting needs when required
10. Maintain relationships with agencies and communities for future seasons
QUALIFICATIONS
