Responsibilities

→Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
→Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
→Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
→Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
→Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation
→Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
→Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies
→Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
→Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
→Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities
→Support budgeting and forecasting activities
→Create financial dashboards and management reports
→Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making
→Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights
→Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed

Requirements

6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and reporting skills
