Gogolook’s AI technology is built on the world's largest database of digital scam data, encompassing phone numbers, websites, virtual currency wallet addresses, and other factors.

The company provides diverse anti-scam and fintech services for both consumers and businesses. Its anti-scam offerings include the digital anti-scam app "Whoscall" and a range of enterprise scam prevention solutions in combination with "ScamAdviser."

The Fintech BU empowers consumers through data-driven financial services and inclusive lending: Roo.Cash(袋鼠金融)offers transparent matchmaking for financial products like credit cards, while JUJI(招財麻吉)provides an innovative microloan service for rapid, convenient funding during urgent financial needs.

A foundation member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city and Shibuya City government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight scam, dedicated to creating a "scam-free environment."

About Whoscall:
Whoscall is a leading anti-scam app trusted by millions of users across Asia. From caller ID and scam alerts to user-powered reporting and education programs, Whoscall helps people identify suspicious calls, messages, and links—before scams cause harm.
As a Marketing Intern for Whoscall, you will support real anti-scam campaigns, user-facing systems, and education initiatives that directly reach and protect users. This role offers hands-on experience in how a consumer tech product turns social impact into everyday actions.
At Whoscall, your work won’t stay in slides—you’ll see it reach real users and help prevent real scams.
  • Creative Marketing Strategy: Participate in developing marketing strategies and campaign concepts—contributing to key messaging, storytelling angles, copy ideas, and presentation materials for pitches and campaigns.
  • User Communication: Assist with scam data collection and publishing Scam Alerts to deliver timely messages to users.
  • Community System Operations: Support Whoscall’s community systems and ensure content is updated accurately and on time.
  • Education Programs & On-site Campaigns: Support event preparation and provide on-site assistance for anti-scam lectures, campus talks, and major campaigns.
  • Merchandise & KOL Coordination: Assist with campaign merchandise, KOL seeding, and prize fulfillment.
  • Marketing Data Support: Help organize marketing data to support performance tracking and user engagement analysis.
  • How a consumer app communicates with millions of users through campaigns, alerts, and education programs.
  • How anti-scam content is transformed into real product features, systems, and user actions.
  • Practical experience with marketing operations, backend tools, and campaign execution.
  • How data supports marketing decisions in a real product environment.
  • Interest in marketing, consumer apps, or digital safety topics.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with operational tasks.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic English reading and writing ability for internal communication.
  • Experience with content management systems or backend tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets or basic data handling.
  • Experience supporting events, student organizations, or campaigns.
  • Interest in anti-scam, public education, or social impact initiatives.
  • At least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 6 months.
  • Flexible remote work, with on-site support required for selected events or campaigns.
