A founding member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight fraud and ultimately, to build a trustworthy communication network with the largest number database in East Asia and Southeast Asia.

In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook (stock code: 6902), was listed on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB). In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition.

ScamAdviser is seeking a highly motivated US Market Intern (hybrid/remote) to assist in our expansion into the North American market. This position offers the opportunity to participate in core business operations and contribute significantly to Gogolook’s global growth. The successful candidate will work alongside our global team to explore innovative anti-scam technologies and uphold our mission of protecting consumers worldwide.

We especially welcome candidates with native-level English and strong understanding of U.S. online culture and consumer behavior.

1. Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, across at least 3 days.

2. Native or near-native English speakers with strong familiarity with the U.S. market are preferred. Taiwan-based candidates can work in a hybrid setup in Taipei. Exceptional candidates based in the U.S. may be considered for a fully remote arrangement (hourly rate: USD 7).

3. Able to commit to the role for at least one year.

Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the US market, tracking local trends and competitive landscapes to define target user personas.

GTM Strategy: Assist in the research and planning of Go-to-Market strategies for our US expansion.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including tracking performance data to optimize results.

Content Creation: Design and produce engaging social media content for the US audience, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), email newsletters, and one-pagers.

Localization & Education: Create localized product tutorials and promotional materials to educate US users about our services.

Agile Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Mentorship from Experts: Receive direct guidance and mentorship from experienced leaders in the tech and marketing industry.

Strategic Experience: Gain rare, hands-on experience participating in US Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy formulation and execution.

Global Mindset: Fast-track your understanding of overseas marketing dynamics and cross-cultural communication.

Major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields.

Highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Native English speaker is highly preferred.

Proficient in document and presentation creation; ability to quickly master online tools such as Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Canva, Mailchimp, and various AI tools.

A strong interest in overseas markets and a willingness to embrace challenges during the internship.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating clearly. Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fast learner capable of working independently under guidance.

Prior working experience in the software industry.

Basic understanding of B2C marketing and a strong passion for the tech industry, specifically App marketing.

Familiarity with the North American internet trends and social media culture.
