Monitor and evaluate the overall progress of the unit team. Solve organizational and unit related problems. Ensure overall status and progress of all activities within the team is directed towards completion in accordance to desired results, being on time and within budget. Utilizing discipline to ensure high-value success.


  • Provide guidance by coaching and mentoring production, PPIC, and administration assistant in an appropriate manner, towards a desired direction to complete the activities and task. Able to coordinate and motivate the overall team members in getting things accomplished.
  • Prepare and approve inspection or visit schedules for subordinates in regards to completion of tasks and activities within the department.
  • Examine and verify inventory as well as production plans along with production and PPIC assistants and support sales forecast as well as achieving financial objectives.
  • Develop financial strategic planning in budgeting, and manage cost saving to assure quality and costs in the completion of activities.
  • Promote risk management to avoid and minimize risks of decisions taken.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual report of the department to Division Head.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant third parties / vendors.
  • Take account of financial matters, such as budget, quarterly forecast, monthly reports, and headcount tracking.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by upper management level.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
  • 3-5 years of experience as mechanical officer in refinery or similar field
  • Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards, quality management system
  • Certifications in ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, SMK3, and OHSAS 18001 is preferred
  • Knowledge and qualification in ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, Halal, HACCP is an advantage
  • Willing to be placed at our refinery in Tarjun, South Kalimantan
