Transport Officer - Logisic Darat

Planning, coordinating, and evaluating transportation needs and finished goods shipping cost analysis to meet SLAs and ensure optimal goods delivery runs on time, effectively, and efficiently

• Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the delivery of goods from the warehouse, including determining freight forwarders and routes, to ensure timely and efficient shipments, and that goods are received by every customer in accordance with predetermined SLAs.
• Gathering information on inventory levels across all warehouse locations (including Toll Out) and analyzing the quantity and type of goods in the warehouse to control data accuracy and existing inventory levels.
• Ensuring original proof of delivery return documents (POD Return) are sent by transporters and received by the Sales Admin (Finance) team to ensure smooth billing processes in accordance with SLAs established by the company.
• Coordinating with transporters and the company's finance team for the shipping service invoicing process to align with predetermined SLAs.
• Generating periodic reports related to the delivery of goods and/or returns to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Providing periodic performance evaluation reports on transporters and submitting them to the procurement team.
• Monitoring human resource requirements within the team, covering attendance and work supervision in accordance with applicable SOPs.
• Coordinating and monitoring the cleanliness and neatness of material storage in the warehouse to ensure material quality is maintained and easily accessible when needed, as well as enforcing safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in any major.
• Possess knowledge related to transportation management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor position within the relevant field from a similar industry.
• Knowledgeable in supply chain and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS) and its implementation.
• Understanding and capable of implementing SAP/NAV systems.
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office.
