Position Summary

The Sales & Enrollment Leader is the engine of enrollment growth for two Kentucky locations. This is a sales-first leadership role responsible for owning the entire customer acquisition and retention lifecycle—from initial lead engagement through membership conversion and re-engagement campaigns.

This role requires a dedicated focus on top-of-funnel management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and delivering the highest standard of sales communication and training to the Front Desk team. Success is measured strictly by growth in membership enrollment and successful execution of seasonal re-engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales Funnel Management & Conversion (The Primary Focus)

  • Inbound/Outbound Sales: Executes the response to all inbound sales inquiries (calls, texts, emails, walk-ins [train Front Desk team]) and personally executes outbound sales efforts to contact and convert leads. Job requires substantial time on the phone.
  • Lead Engagement: Systematically follows up on all new leads, older leads that have not yet engaged, and monitors the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Top-of-Funnel Mastery: Develops and implements strategies to move prospective customers efficiently through the decision process into enrollment.
  • Sales Training: Leads all sales training for the Front Desk team, coaching them on effective phone etiquette, overcoming objections, closing techniques, and turning walk-ins into members.
  • Enrollment & Scheduling: Enrolls customers within iClassPro environment. Training provided.
II. Retention & Re-engagement Campaigns

  • Seasonal Campaigns: While marketing is not a direct responsibility, you will be part of the conversation on the set up of local events and responsible for the tracking of results in order to drive which events we go to each year and the effectiveness. You will be responsible for executing targeted re-engagement campaigns to bring back former customers who dropped seasonally, such as during the summer (due to heat/vacation) or during back-to-school chaos.
  • Referral Programs: We have a program in place and employees execute, but you will be responsible for ensuring the execution is consistent and results monitored. This role will drive the execution and tracking of member referral programs to leverage word-of-mouth growth.
  • Retention Support: Tracks withdrawal data and partner with Front Desk team to proactively contact at-risk members to improve overall retention metrics.
III. Local Marketing & Event Execution

  • Local Events: Part of a team responsible for the execution and staffing for all approved local marketing events, ensuring the school is positioned to generate and capture new leads effectively.
  • Agency Collaboration: Serves as one of several internal contacts for the external marketing agency, collaborating on event logistics and suggested marketing initiatives.
IV. Leadership & Administration (Sales-Related Only)

  • Front Desk Team Mentorship: Mentors the Front Desk Team for consistent excellence in all sales-related service delivery.
  • Reporting: Provides detailed weekly sales reports to the Owner on lead volume, conversion rates, re-engagement success, and event ROI.
  • Meetings: Attends weekly manager meetings to report on sales performance and align strategy across both locations.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven track record of managing a sales funnel, hitting conversion targets, and running successful sales campaigns.
  • Prior sales coaching experience preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels (phone, text, email, in-person).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline across two locations.
