MICE AND INCENTIVE, Travel Consultant/Senior Travel Consultant/Manager

• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Creative and develop travel components.
• Must be digital savvy.

• →Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized MICE and tailor-made itineraries.
• →Plan and organize MICE events, including meetings, seminars, incentive travel, and group tours.
• →Research destinations and attractions, providing clients with recommendations on travel activities, transportation, accommodations, and dining options.
• →Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, prices, and service quality to ensure clients receive the best value and satisfaction.

• Must be digital savvy and good with technologies.
• Diploma in Travel or Tourism or related discipline and above.
• Minimum 2 years of Travel Consultant experience in MICE and Incentive event planning or group tour development.
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, flexible, attention to detail, good communication skills and able to work independently.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant or Manager.
