Responsibilities

→Lead the daily operations of the HVAC Installation Department
→Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, productivity, and job completion
→Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards
→Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top installation talent
→Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, and performance coaching sessions
→Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
→Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer communication
→Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements
→Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability

Previous leadership experience managing HVAC installations, construction, field operations, or service teams
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
