Business Head - Global Kids Platform

About the Role
Noise is building Noise Junior, a new strategic vertical aimed at shaping the future of smart, meaningful experiences for the next generation. This is a Founder-style role where you will lead the complete 0- 1 journey - from vision and strategy to product-market fit, GTM, global expansion and P&L ownership.

This is a long-term, insight-led business, rooted in disciplined innovation, strong fundamentals, and real consumer value.

Core Mandate
Build Noise Junior into a globally scalable, AI-led ecosystem brand originating from India and expanding into key international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, SEA).
Your mission: create a platform that blends intelligence, engagement, trust and meaningful technology at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Vision
- Define the long-term strategy, category blueprint, and global positioning
- Identify high-value consumer segments and whitespace opportunities
- Build a multi-year growth and revenue roadmap

2. Product & Innovation Leadership
- Lead the 0- 1 product journey and drive product-market fit
- Convert insights into high-impact experiences with strong AI and intelligence layers
- Drive continuous differentiation and innovation

3. Go-To-Market & Brand Building
- Build a trust-led GTM strategy from pilots to scale
- Shape brand narrative grounded in reliability and meaningful impact
- Drive early adoption and structured expansion

4. Business & P&L Ownership
- Own full P&L across products and services
- Build diversified, recurring revenue models
- Ensure a capital-efficient, scalable business growth

5. Team & Ecosystem Building
- Hire and lead the founding team across product, growth, partnerships and ops
- Build strategic partnerships that strengthen capability and distribution

The Ideal Noisemaker
- 10-12+ years in business leadership, venture building, or category creation roles
- Experience building or scaling a global consumer tech brand
- Prior exposure to wearables, IoT, AI-driven platforms, kids-tech or digital ecosystems
- Proven experience in raising venture capital or strategic funding rounds
- Track record of delivering hyper-growth and building investor-grade narratives
- Strong P&L ownership and global GTM execution experience
