Responsibilities

→5+ years of product experience, leading a consumer mobile app
→Bachelors/M.S/Phd in Data Science, ML, Statistics from a Tier 1 college
→Experience in deep-healthtech, wellness, wearables, or fitness-with user empathy and domain fluency.

Personal interest in quantified self, training, mindfulness, sleep science, or longevity.
→Exposure to AI productization, health APIs
→Strong data, algorithms understanding is critical to this role.
→Demonstrated ability to improve app retention, adoption, or ratings through thoughtful product changes.
→Deep familiarity with mobile UX, behavioral design, and habit loop creation.
→Comfort with using data tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.) and setting clear success metrics.
→High clarity of thought; can operate independently, structure ambiguity, and move cross-functional teams.
→A strong POV on what makes a truly great app experience in the wellness space.
