Day Porter Professional

• →Maintain trash control throughout property, perform graffiti removal, and remove gum from sidewalks.
• →Clean management offices, break rooms and restrooms.
• →Wipe down trash cans, planters and mullions.
• →Notify supervisor of any issues that are observed.
• →Maintain tools/equipment used on the job.
• →Wears all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment that is required.
• →Assist others with various projects and tasks on an as needed basis and directed by manager/supervisor.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary and you should be available to work weekends.
