• →Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction
• →Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
• →Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points
• →Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• →Assist with training new team members
• →Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures
• →End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills are a plus
