This specific role supports our Customs & Models department.

• →Schedule and accept work orders
• →Answer calls from builders regarding warranty dates and work order scheduling
• →Track multiple logs in Excel and generate maps for turnovers
• →Prepare submittals for client architect approval
• →Track completion dates of landscape activities within internal databases
• →Prepare job budget reports for operational teams
• →Assist with pre-construction meetings and track action items across departments
• →Monitor AWA numbers, approval dates, and purchase order receipt and billing status
• →Submit completed AWAs and purchase orders to Accounts Payable while maintaining accurate financial tracking logs
• →Communicate with clients regarding unpaid purchase orders
• →Track monthly post-installation and maintenance revenue while coordinating with Superintendents on completed areas ready for maintenance turnover

• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Willingness and ability to learn internal systems and software, including:
  • LSJMS (Landscape Scheduling and Job Management System)
  • On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
