We’re looking for a creative Landscape Designer who is passionate about transforming ideas into stunning outdoor environments.

In this role, you’ll combine design expertise, innovation, and collaboration to bring residential landscapes to life. If you love thinking creatively, working in a team environment and seeing your designs become reality, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.

Responsibilities

Create innovative and functional landscape designs for clientele
Develop conceptual plans, layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs

Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and 3D imagery (as applicable)
Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals
Support project handoff to construction teams when designs move into implementation

Keep up with landscape design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
Bring fresh ideas that enhance outdoor living and elevate the client’s experience

Experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
Strong ability to translate client ideas into creative, buildable designs
Experience working in a team environment, collaborating for a common goal
Proficiency in design tools - AutoCAD is a must
Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation concepts, and hardscape design preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

Residential landscape design experience
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field
Experience with 3D renderings or visual design presentations
Knowledge of Arizona plant palettes and climate considerations

Annualized Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience
