We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Gotion Inc's Illinois Manufacturing plant in Manteno, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

→Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
→Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
→Ensure timely payments to vendors
→Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
→Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
→Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
→Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures
