Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles. If you want to do ambitious work, take real responsibility, and help define the future of AI-native content operations, you’ll do your best work here.
We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to help scale the systems, workflows, and reporting that keep the business running cleanly as we grow. You’ll sit at the center of finance, operations, and data, helping turn closed deals into accurate billing, tightening core processes, and delivering analysis that helps the company make smarter decisions faster.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, broad exposure, and the chance to build alongside a high-growth SaaS team. You should be energized by fast pace, high standards, and the opportunity to use AI to make finance operations sharper, faster, and more scalable.
- Support billing operations end to end, partnering closely with GTM teams to ensure smooth handoff from closed-won deals to accurate invoicing
- Drive revenue tracking, reconciliations, and reporting in partnership with accounting and finance leadership
- Build ad hoc analyses that help inform decisions across pricing, customer behavior, unit economics, and broader business performance
- Improve financial processes and systems to increase accuracy, speed, and visibility as the company scales
- Support finance operations across compliance, regulatory filings, and other business-critical workflows
- Use AI tools to automate manual work, streamline reporting, and improve how finance operates day to day
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, consulting, or another highly analytical role
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy
- Advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with data
- Working knowledge of SaaS metrics, subscription billing, and revenue recognition concepts like ARR, deferred revenue, and NRR
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator who works well across teams and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

What We Offer
~1 min readAs an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.
