The Senior User Researcher is a mixed methods researcher with a quantitative focus, who matures digital user research practices for an education curriculum company. As an individual contributor, they play a key role in establishing and making usable digital platform analytics, as well as contributing to digital platform strategy through studies and supporting research operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, User Research, this role focuses on understanding how users interact with products at scale and translating data into learning that informs product decisions and strategy.
This role is ideal for a researcher with a deep passion for analytics and mixed methods research, and an interest in growing experimentation practices that combine quantitative and qualitative approaches within a product discovery environment. They thrive working cross-functionally, partnering closely with both the digital partners in Product, Design, and Engineering as well as non-digital partners in Sales and Customer Success. They are comfortable and eager to move between product strategy and the hands-on detailed work to keep research running smoothly.
At Great Minds, we create high-quality, knowledge-building materials that deepen understanding and ignite a lifelong love for learning. We provide educators with the tools they need to help every student reach their full potential. We believe that every child is capable of greatness.
