Your Day-to-Day: In your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader, you'll experience a typical day working alongside skilled colleagues, creating beautiful, long-lasting outdoor spaces for our customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader, you'll contribute to a team that values efficiency, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort. Requirements To join our team, we ask that you meet the following essential requirements, which reflex our commitment to safety and professionalism: Experience: Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour 1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building. Crew Member: $20 per hour 6 months + experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools. Transportation: Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to job sites. Communication: Excellent communication skills written and verbal Physical Requirements: The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
