• →Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities
• →Develop and implement automation and AI solutions
• →Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes
• →Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams
• →Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools
• →Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community
• →Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required
• →Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets
• Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python
• Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions

• Scalable automation and AI solutions
• Increased adoption of automation and AI across FP&A
