Responsibilities

→Collaborates on assignments and projects that may require collaboration with other functions.
→May collaborate on projects involving electrical power and controls to develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes.
→Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
→Analyzes tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements.
→May coordinate and perform periodic operational diagnostics on operations.
→Provides technical support to improve equipment and process reliability.
→Performs other duties as assigned.

Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience.

Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.
Strong Project Management knowledge.
Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g. Cad).

What We Offer

The pay range for this position is $63,900.00 - $108,900.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between71,000.00 to71,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
