CSP 1 - Transportation

Grace Reliant Health Services is looking to add a Consumer Service Provider (CSP)- Transportation to our GraceWorks team. The CSP 1 – Transportation is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation and delivery services for consumers and organizational operations. This role is specifically focused on transporting consumers to and from approved activities and completing deliveries for our coffee shop locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport Grace Reliant consumers to scheduled work shifts, appointments, and approved outings.
• Complete timely deliveries between coffee shop locations, including supplies, products, and other materials as needed.
• Operate company or personal vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, agency policies, and safety standards.
• Assist consumers with entering and exiting vehicles as needed to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate transportation and mileage logs, delivery documentation, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coffee shop staff, and program teams regarding schedules, delays, or concerns.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Support a positive, respectful environment that promotes consumer dignity and independence.
• Follow all agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional conduct guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Valid car insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle record check
• Reliable attendance and strong time‑management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with loading/unloading deliveries

• Experience transporting individuals or completing delivery routes
• Familiarity with working in human services or community‑based programs
• Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and defensive driving practices

Work Environment & Schedule

• Majority of work performed while driving and traveling between locations
• May include early morning, daytime, or occasional evening shifts based on program needs
• Some physical activity required, including standing, lifting, and walking short distances
