Job Purpose:

工場全体のトレーニングと能力開発を計画・提供し、人材育成とトレーニング構造（カリキュラムや学習体系）を設計・維持することで、組織全体のコンピテンシー向上とコンプライアンス確保をリードする。

Key Responsibilities:

• Job grade に応じたトレーニング計画の策定と提供
• 必要なスキル・コンピテンシーに基づく能力開発・人材育成の推進
• 新入社員向け導入プログラムの管理
• 入社、異動、昇格など人員異動時に必要な教育訓練の適切な実施・管理
• 学習項目・カリキュラムの設計、更新、維持管理
• トレーニング構造（体系・プロセス）の構築と継続的な改善
• 教育の効果を評価する仕組みの構築・運用
• 教育後の成果や習熟度を記録・分析し、教育の有効性確認
• 教育・人材育成プロセスや業務の進め方の改善
• 新しい教育手法や効率的なトレーニング方法の導入・推進

※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。

• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネス英語

スキル

• 優れた影響力とコーチングスキル
• 優れた対人スキル
• 研修プログラムの設計と実施

経験

• トレーニング評価の定義とその結果の分析経験
