Lead-FPV Financial Systems & Data Operations​

• →Complete ownership and accountability for R&D Finance and SRM data; storage, quality, access, generation / calculation, strategy. 
• →Interface for RDFPV with Tech organisation – managing requirements, prioritisation, governance, funding and delivery / performance through Tech – both operations / BAU and projects
• →Understanding the business and customer need now and in the future.
• →Leveraging AI and Automation to optimise the way in which data is stored, transformed and provided
• →Facilitating the use of AI and Automation in FPV team (and wider R&D) through provision of data
• →Ensuring robust and auditable data is available and provided for external enquiries and analyses
• →Lead contact point in R&D FPV for all cost related statutory, tax, regulatory, legal enquiries
• →Leading a team, coaching and developing, driving uptake and leveraging of automation and AI.
• →Leading US Contracting central activity
• →Ad hoc support / project / partnering to FPA&C VP, FPVLT members as appropriate.

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in roles covering finance, data management, and technology, including automation or AI
• Experience preparing and presenting financial or data analysis to senior leaders
• Experience applying continuous improvement or Agile methods and implementing automation or AI solutions
• Experience leading and developing teams across more than one location

Work Location:

This role can be based at GSK HQ London or Upper Providence, USA and offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site and remote work.
