Responsibilities

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • →Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • →Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • →Strong knowledge of specialty therapeutic areas—recent Canadian experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Nephrology (minimum 2 years).
  • →Proven track record in specialties sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • →2+ years of experience in marketing as a brand manager or leader.
  • →Experience working cross-functionally with medical, government affairs, or strategic roles.
  • →Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • →Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills with a passion for team development.
  • →Excellent knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • →Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle eligibility).
  • →Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory and attend national/regional meetings.
     

Requirements

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Direct sales and leadership experience in the Vaccines and/or Specialty pharmaceutical market, with a keen understanding of fast-paced, evolving selling environments.
  • Deep understanding of Canadian healthcare systems, institutional stakeholders, and evolving account dynamics, with strong working knowledge and proven performance across program, account, and health systems-based markets and landscapes.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

The annual compensation for this role is CAD115,500 to CAD192,500 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
