Responsibilities

- Learn to fabricate sheet metal components used in HVAC installations.

- Organize materials and fabricated products for upcoming jobs.

- Read and interpret basic sketches, drawings, and work instructions.

- Label and prepare fabricated materials for field installation teams.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- GOOD attendance—someone who shows up every day ready and able to work.

- Desire to learn a skilled trade and develop a long-term career.

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with hand and power tools.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- Valid North Carolina or South Carolina driver's license preferred.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
