We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Journeyman to join our team. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for performing advanced tasks and projects within your trade, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your extensive experience to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems as per industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes. Collaborate with apprentices and other team members to complete projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and apprentices. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements Requirements: Journeyman certification. 2-3 years of experience working in [specific trade]. Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
