Ensure the successful • completion of the project in most economical and expedient manner, recognizing and capturing • potential opportunities, reducing potential liability and achieving intended costs. Assist the Site • Supervisor in planning and direction of the construction activities. • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients Requirements Job Requirements: • College Diploma in construction or in Engineering. • 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong construction knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Your experience and dedication are what we value most. Min 5 years of project management experience in new construction and remodeling. Construction methods and technology knowledge, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts. Jobsite safety practices must be understood.
