Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop regional strategic and operational plans for his/her region(s), set goals, lead execution, measure results, and deploy learnings.
- →Identify the strategic opportunities of the SONIC’s and lead the charge (with Regional Support when needed) to discover and execute solutions.
- →Acts as a consultant to Directors of Operations and Area Supervisors to analyze current business(es) and lay out plans for future improvement.
- →Responsible for leading operational changes needed for company success based on company-wide strategic initiatives.
- →Maintain and strategize bench strength in preparation for successful growth balancing inclusion initiatives, internal promotion benchmarks, and adding high performing external hires.
- →Plan and coordinate effective communication within area’s and assigned region(s) to ensure consistency in operational goals, messages and regional initiatives.
- →Ensure open communication and disciplines and operations.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proven business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated leader with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to create and implement management development plans
- Proven track record and success managing multiple locations
- Minimum of 6-8 years in multi-unit operations at a progressive restaurant or hospitality company, preferably supporting a global brand
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), project management software
- Ability to stand/walk for a minimum of 8-10 hours per day, on average.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to respond to emergency calls outside normal business hours.
- Able to adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices.
