Outbound Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader who can effectively manage a team in the shipping area and ensure the smooth execution of warehouse processes. A responsible, well-organized, and goal-oriented individual who can motivate the team, make quick decisions, and effectively resolve day-to-day operational issues.

  Team management in the outbound shipping area.

  Organizing team work and overseeing the implementation of ongoing operational tasks.

• →

  Ensuring timely and high-quality order picking and packing processes.

• →

  Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and occupational safety standards.

• →

  Monitoring outbound processes, analyzing work results, and reporting to superiors.

• →

  Resolving ongoing operational issues and supporting the team in their daily work.

• →

  Collaborating with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth processes.

• →

  Supporting employees in resolving difficulties, mediating in conflict situations, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

• Warehouse experience (preferred in the outbound department)

• Team management and work organization skills

• Knowledge of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS)

• Accuracy, responsibility, and commitment

• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and commitment to their compliance

• fluency in Polish and good command of English (required)

• Category B driving license
