We are hiring a GTM Program Manager in our New Markets - Europe area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

The GTM Engineering team orchestrates demand generation for Wellhub's commercial teams by building systems that deliver qualified opportunities to BDRs and Account Executives faster, with less manual effort. Operating at the intersection of Sales Development, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing, you will own a GTMe workstream for a specific region and segment, acting as both the technical and strategic counterpart to your local Sales leadership.

This is a hybrid role where you will design signal-based outbound strategies with Sales stakeholders, build them directly into our tech stack (Clay, Salesforce, Salesloft), and monitor performance to maximize ROI.

  • Design Signal Logic: Identify "why now" triggers for target accounts (e.g., job changes, tenure, company growth signals, CRM re-engagement).
  • Architect End-to-End Outbound Plays: Own the execution flow: Segment + Signal (Clay) → CRM Update & Data Hygiene (Salesforce) → Custom Messaging & Cadence (Salesloft).
  • Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign metrics (lead delivery, meeting conversion, Opportunity Value) and make data-backed decisions to scale winning plays or kill underperforming ones.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with regional Sales Development and Sales leaders to ensure automated plays directly match commercial execution capabilities.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Flag technical, data quality, or operational risks early before they become blockers for the sales floor.
  • Global Enablement: Document and share successful plays with the broader GTMe team to replicate top-performing motions across global markets.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
  • Strong Communicator: Advanced or fluent professional English (written and spoken) to collaborate with global stakeholders and international sales teams.
  • GTM & Automation Experience: Proven track record building automations, workflows, or data enrichment pipelines to support sales or marketing operations.
  • Tech Stack Capability: Hands-on familiarity with Clay (or a strong ability to learn rapidly, as it is the core tool of the role), alongside tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, n8n, Zapier, Python, or SQL.
  • Technical & Hands-On: Technical enough to build, test, and debug workflows independently without needing a formal software engineering background.
  • Autonomous Workstream Owner: Able to manage full project lifecycles—from stakeholder alignment to execution and reporting—operating with high autonomy and proactively surfacing issues.
  • ROI & Outcome-Oriented: Focused on pipeline, revenue impact, and deal conversion rather than vanity metrics or raw activity volume.
